Lemon Skunk First Grow

Sprouted 11 Days ago, under a 250w HPS. First true leaves (the ones after the cotlyedon) got burned by my light because it was too close as far as im aware?

I cut the dead part of the leaf off, should I have done this for future reference?

How is it looking health and growth wise? slightly slow im feeling but not sure.

How do you mean on the side of the light?

Ok done. will the period of direct light have effected my plant much? when should i move it back under?

ive never actually grown indoors but ive heard that the "weakest light" is directly under the bulb, although i have no idea/proof if its true hopefully someone else can help more

your plant will recover fine to answer Q#1
