umm id say a nice combo of both, cause from here were im sitting across the apartment i can smell that pungent skunk in the kitchen..but when im hovering over the box and fuckn around wit them it gives a nice lemony citrus smell. and after touching a bud your fingers really smell like you were cutting lemons. and ya the buds seeem chunky and more indica like, but their decieving, they are atualy quite sativa like, they're fluffy, and leafy and dont have those fat swolen calyxs the indica doms have

Im really hoping to catch a good pheno from a couple of the freebie dna lemon skunks Im gettin along with the free barney's farm gear attitude was given away, Ive heard some very positive reviews of the lemon skunk, Im just not sure if it was mostly for GH's or DNA's strain.

It all depends on you my friend. Are the conditions going to be good? Any irrigation or are you going to be watering just a few by hand? Will they get too much rain, what if a storm rolls in and wipes 50% of them out. There are tons of factors, not to mention they are a very dominant sativa, meaning fragile and finiky. I got a indoor grow journal going now with 3 lemon skunk from dna, and they are fragile little girls. (But I am sure you know that) If you are going to keep the girls in big pots and grow with sunlight yeah it can be done no problem, if you actually put them in the ground they are way less likely to survive where an hearty indica could.

No I dont plant my outdoor garden in pots, there big pits, backfilled with a mixture of soils and supplements. I not asking can it be done, rather any1 with experience growing either strain outdoors, I really want to know how well they would yield outside. Just for information purposes the best way to grow outdoor is to dig yourself a big arse hole, fill it up with good soil, proper amount perllite and whatever supplemental ingredients you feel necessary, I would only grow in pot if it was bigger than a garbage can. Ive been running outdoor much longer than indoor and not all strains do well outdoors like they might indoors, other do well in both and vice versa. Where I live once spring starts its basically sunny and hot for 5-6months straight, california valley, we grow everything here, not just huge mary jane trees. I dug a few huge holes(6ft deep, 4'x4' area) for a couple lucky girls, Im shooting to break my own record for a single plant yield and it will be done because Ive already had most the outdoor babies vegging for couple months inside before they even hit the outdoors in a couple weeks. When the time comes I will have an outdoor journal, that where the girls grow into women and where everyman likes his women big. Peace every1!!!

I don't have much outdoor exp. but what I was basically trying to convey is no you can not do it. Reason being is the plant is very weak and I am not too sure about its mold resistance and all that other stuff. But I have 3 going now and like I said they are very finiky plants I highly doubt they would survive let alone put off a good yield out side. There are SO many factors with growing outside, even with the best season you'd still be risking them dying they are just weak plants compared to other grows i have done mk ultra, hanza, hash plant haze, ak-47, even BB I got from from a friend from Colorado has done better than these Lemon Skunks and that mom was a sissy supreme.

Only way I can see it working is like I said with pots (so you can bring them in when a storm rolls in and what not) and that's just pointless outside.

Opinionated it may work, plant one in the ground tie that girl up like a kidnapped prostitute and do some LST if you keep it low it may work out :). There is my 2 cents

They are way Finiky, i had a lemon skunk die 33 days into flower due to an airhose being kinked for a few hours, the other two plants sharing the reservoir were perfect.
