Yeah, so? Saying "Fuck" in public makes some people feel uncomfortable, breastfeeding in public makes some people feel uncomfortable, letting a 12 year old kid play outside makes some people feel uncomfortable.. should we all be petitioning the government about whatever makes us feel uncomfortable so they can then go on and pass laws against saying "Fuck" in public?


A law should not be to prevent some people from feeling uncomfortable. It should be to prevent people from committing crimes. It's not illegal to make somebody feel uncomfortable, so why should we have politicians passing laws to prevent against that?

Don't conservatives get all up in arms about "safe spaces"? And yet they want a "safe space" themselves so they don't feel uncomfortable? Doesn't that seem a little hypocritical to you?

Because "we" don't own others property, therefore when we attempt to, there will be conflict.

If you own a bathroom, you should be able to set the terms of use. In that instance you would be free to allow whomever you wanted to use it.

the only solution to this issue is to do what we as a society should have done in the beginning, single occupancy restrooms. A really simple and cost effective solution would be to install a few outhouse style bathrooms like they use at outdoor concerts and camping areas and since its almost summer time in the northern hemisphere they could put one or two of these outside most large chain shopping stores. In the meantime they can start converting and installing family bathrooms or single stall bathrooms everywhere. This problem will not go away, society needs to adapt with intelligence and sensitivity. Forcing people to use a male or female bathroom is an exercise in absurdity. Just be done with it and convert to single occupancy and everyone but the perverts will be happy.

One of the victims, a 13 year old girl, said she could hear someone’s iphone camera snapping and was curious, so she looked under the stall only to see the camera phone in her face. She ran out and told her father, who held the door shut until police arrived.

When authorities arrived, they arrested 28 year old James Goebel and searched her phone for evidence. They found over 700 photos of young girls using the restroom, from dates ranging in the past 5 months.

Goebel has been charged with possession of child pornography, intent to distribute child pornography, sexual assault of a minor and indecency with a minor. These charges along with prior felony convictions could land Goebel in prison for 20 years, as well as a lifelong label as a child predator.

Dallas’s local LGBT community has come together to stand in defence with Goebel, claiming she should not be persecuted because she was “born a pedophile and therefore can not change her sexual orientation”. This comment comes from the leader of Dallas’s LGBT Aqua Squad, Dorothy Wright.
