less or more light?

To prevent my plant from getting alot taller
should i add More light or remove some
im using 6cfls at 23watts each
5x6500k 1x2700 and a t5
over 150watts total

Flip them, after the stretch they don't grow much more. But I would guess that less light would slow growth.

The more light the better.-IMO
Don't forget you can trim your root system to prevent elongation (Bonsai)
or you can keep a plant in a smaller container.
train your plant
top the plant.
"Bush Master" by Humboldt works great to stop plant growth for a while.

In the end Bro. What ever works best for you is the Best thing you can do.

I dont wanna flipem for another month till i buy a tent so she can grow as tall as she wants

The more light the less it will stretch, but that has nothing with just growing tall. You only want to veg the plant until around 50% of your desired height, as it doubles height when flowered. There's ways to grow plants small as well using nutrients, something like high Nitrogen feedings or something (don't quote me on this, I just remember reading about it when looking up how to keep mother plants from getting too tall and whatnot, a certain feeding with keep em small and bushy).

You can trim roots, but too much is a bad thing. I've never heard of trimming roots to keep a plant short, but there's a lot I don't know

I know, I was just saying that I read that when looking up mother plants, it should work on any plant topfuel29 said Bush Master by Humboldt would stop the growth for a while, and like I said a certain NPK feeding would do just that. More lights isn't gonna make your plant stop growing vertically, and less lights will only make it stretch more.

Oh yeah I didn't think about the lack of light stretch. I know that cfls have to be close to minimize stretching because they don't give light very far but it didn't occur to me that they'd stretch if there's little light even if it is close.
