i doubt it...Bigger pots= bigger roots=bigger plants=slightly more yield

But theres a certain balance between # of plants and what they'll yield....you just have to experiment till you find that golden number.

But id say...half as many plants in bigger pots...Im just guessing here...but less than or equal to the same amount.

a m8 of mine told me its the light regardless of how many plants u have ur yield is dependant on light and tht less plants wil produce less shadow also that the larger pots allows the plants to stay shorter and wider allowing more light to the lower arms producing better lower buds??????? im not sure tho so.......wat do u think??

its better to have 4 top quality plants = more yield if you scrog or you can have 10 piss poor plants

What will really affect your yields are training techniques. Lst topping and supercropping is the way to go for good use of space and great yields. Of course if youre useing a 2kw setup ignore the last statement lol

if it were me sam and i use the same set up i'd veg 4 under your 600 and then flip them at about 2ft depending on strain and stretch, for example if were to do this with the heavy duty fruity i have i'd expect and get 4+ oz a plant with no training but other strains might not do so well as the hdf is a heavy yeilder, i also use 3gal pots and biobizz nutes with either biobizz soil or plagron light mix with a little extra perlite added, other than that mate i think without growing the strain you have or plan on growing there's not alot to add as every strain and pheno will be different and even the same cuts will perform differently in different set ups, training will most prob help aswell mate but i can't advise you on that as i don't have alot of experience just lots of experimenting and so far i prefer just tieing the tops down a little to promote side growth and then letting them do their thing i think again it's strain and preference dependant mate best of luck

if you veg them long anuf and use sum LST then you will get the same with 2 as you would from 4, i no as i have dun it my self many times.
as its better to get cult (in the uk) with 4 big plants than 8 small,,

to tie the tops down mate i use gardening wire the green plastic stuff with a metal strand running through it, i tie a loop around the top of the plant a few inches down between nodes and then with a loose loop around it i start to pull it down until i feel quite a bit of tension then tie it off around the pot and then over the next day or 2 pull it down to a 45degree angle then when the side branches are within a cm or 2 of where i want them i untie the top and let it raise back to its upright position on it's own which only takes a day or 2, as the co2 buckets never used them mate

i veg under a 250 vegging lamp and flower with a 600w hps
Nice setup. Using a combo of topping and lst alone you will get some nice yields with that kind of light. Thats what ive done on my grow with a 250hps and im well impressed with the results. Are you using a cool tube as well?
