Hey there RIU!
My 1st grow is coming to that time where I must start thinking of my next crop. I have gotten a closet all set up for Veg and I am going to take the first steps on another Cannabis journey.
For this journey as with all journeys I want to learn everything I can, and try something new, and have a lot of fun. I will be venturing into the mystical realm of "soiless" and growing in a Coco-Coir and Perlite!
I plan obviously to keep everything as organic as possible promoting as many natural processes as possible. I currently use Earth Juice Nutrients in my soil, and will continue to in Coco, though I may look into their Coco specific line they came out with.I will make a journal when I start if you want to know more about the specifics on the grow but here are a couple main points.
Anyway my question is, is there anything I should look out for in my first time growing with Coco, and does anything look wrong with my plan?
I hope this will be an easy transition, although if there is any common mistakes I would hope to avoid them!
Any tips would be great!

- I plan on using about 70/30 Coco/Perlite for my medium, I bought 2 10lbs bricks and am hoping to fill 5 7 Gallon pots with them. (I will buy some perlite soon)
- I have never re-hydrated Coco before obviously but I fairly confident that won't be any issue. I as well will assure I have CalMag unless the Coco line of EJ doesn't need it.
- I plan on popping the beans in peat moss pods and I was planning on just dropping the pods into the Coco like I did with soil and being careful with the water until the girls fill out the pot.
- PH I currently keep about 5.8 and was just going to continue to do so
