lets get back to basics

ok wow iv been on this sight for just a little while now, and being very new to growing, i have had alot of help that has made me feel confident in my first grow. im 26 so im not some fucking grumpy old bastard nor a young 17 yr old with wild ideas. this for sure is not the only place i have learned what a plants basic needs are to grow but it has helped hearing from other growers. i guess what im trying to say is if you wanna read the threads about flowering clones and there being shity results then you should find threads that better suit your level of experience. Im thankfull for this sight and all the help i have had job well done all you growers

i can say that i'm a very new gardener. i'm a month into flowering my first grow and i'm doing it on a budget and to achieve the personal satisfaction of smoking something that i grew and dedicated hours of care and attention to. not really in a rush, although i'd stress less once i'm done with my grow and don't have to worry about hiding my grow room.

I'm 25 and I've been smoking for years, I'm no longer smoking to get fukd up but smoking b/c I love the insight it gives me... I'm doing my first grow right now and maybe I have fallen for the hype, bought a used cab from a buddy along w 21 clones one I kept for a mother.. My buddy who has taught me a lot always told me how awesome it is to diy, and I finally see the light (lol)... I really appreciate this forum although when I decided I was gonna grow I sat down and read Jorge Cervantes "Bible" before I ever arrived home with all my new goodies... Forums provide a way for us to speak with others in real time and I think that helps everyone, including people who have been growing for many years... Sure there are lazy people who dont want to use the search or read the entire forum but that is a problem with society in general, not just young potheads... I think that experimenting is very important in order to progress and make things better, and who could have a problem with bigger, stickier buds...

Ha!! Isn't it funny..? There seems to be more than a few growers who are the most tense, irascible people I've ever seen.. I thought we were all into MJ to chill out?

From an almost 50-something who's still working on not becoming a grumpy old bastard... it's a fight...
