We do but I was referring to the States. I took a gun course when I turned 15 and again when we changed to a different type of licensing.

I figure when hell freezes over. Like I said earlier, eqven a few federally regulated gun laws instead of the mess they have now would be a small start. If Binden moves on this and is successful in any way it will be a miracle.

Id be happy with some really good background checks/perpetual buyback setup/registrations and permits for heavy firepower in cases of wild hogs and whatnot.

Yeah but the argument is usually about “food” from moderates, it’s a bit like the joe rogan “I can feed my family for a year with an elk” bs, sure you can, so can the $100mil.
All these gun nuts have fantasised about blowing away hen theives and protecting their land. We’ve got laws so we don’t need guns to protect our liberties.
All you need to protect yourself from wild animals is a house or car, avoid them if they scare you. Let’s be realistic, most weapons are bought as toys to shoot up shit with the backstory of nobody’s raping my wife. I’m an archer but I don’t hunt food, I got a job and go shopping, the deer in my garden are welcome, I won’t harm them because I really don’t need to.
