Watts only matter on your electricity bill man, that is the point of LED's. They have more USABLE light in photosynthesis. Spectrum is KEY. That's how they are so much less power but you can replace a 600w with them.

show me, because unless you have personally experienced led than idk how u KNOW this... i have done side by side.. 180 watt led is no way near a 400 watt hid system. i would say its more like 240 hid.

I have never used one personally, but that's the one I plan on buying in the near future. You could easily achieve 6 1oz honnies with that. 12/12 from seed those girls, they'll stay nice and small but get nice hardy buds. Or veg em for 14 days, tie em down for a little lst and your results will be even better. Given you use nutes at proper strength and your temps are in spec along with everything else. Don't take my word for it, just try to keep your artificial enviornment as close to perfect as possible and you will be satisfied with your results.thank's for the link mate

SCROG would work well with those though, I'm Sure. If i was growing vertical with those i would want panels on each side and top of the tent.

sorry for my ignorance , but can i ask what SCROG is ? all this info has been a great help, and I'm getting more and more to what i think i need
alot of 6w LEDS i would be happy to buy 3/4 of them lights if priced at the above, as long as it worked
I'll keep doing as much research as possible, but again i thank you for your help/advice/info

SCROG - Screen of Green. Train your plants into a screen so your buds are all at the same horizontal level. MAXIMUM light to ALL bud structures of the plant. It's essentially perfect for an LED. Instead of 1 main cola, all your buds are main colas

as you say and BIG LED light/space to cover the while of my grow room, so it covers the whole area, this way with the buds/plant, not exceeding other, covering light from each others, every 1 get a piece of the cake
with that setup the the LED would be able to work its magic thanks again . p,s very very nice plants you have there,

not my plants, just a quick google images search for an example. But, yea, whoever did it, did it well. Hope you understand, its pretty easy really I did it with a couple plants a while back. Good luck with your hid/led choices
