i dont know anything about molases and plants over here we grow buds that r big and feel like you have been kicked in the face when you smoke them we dont use molases we give our horses molases as a treat i think molases is a by product of sugar production and i understand that plants use sugar or carbs in there growth but a plant will only use what it needs to for a plant to use these extra carbs u would need more light, more co2, more air and more nutes this is how it works out in my mind but as i said we only use it for our horses can you explain the molases procedure to me so i understand a little more about it for growin,

As I read somewhere else; I think the molasses feeds aerobic bacteria in your water and they produce nutes as a by-product of their feeding. I'm not sure though... but it seems too much molasses = too much bacteria = too many nutes? Look into it further I suppose...
