My pucks are the same samsung diodes but made by someone other than hlg....man. these new diodes are the bees knees, everyone smart is hopping on board the samsung train.

A high quality full spectrum chip will provide plenty of red. Choose Kelvin temperatures between 2700K-3500K.

That said, people get good results blooming under 6500K so maybe it doesn't matter all that much.
