Could be a virus. Mosaic virus? Quarantine it if the discoloration spreads on the plant that already has it!

having 3 leaflets like that is a sign of deficiency, but it should pick back up as long as you take care of it. im not sure why its doing the color thing, keep an eye on it

Ive just consultied my Marijuana Horticulture guide and it looks to me since there are no spots on the plant, if its a deficiency of something ts either Sulfur or Iron Deficency, because of the more random Discolouration, hope tht helps.

is mosaic good or bad. what is it?.

it's a virus that plants get...it's bad..at least quarantine the plant until you know for sure if it continues into new growth, but looks like it's going to as it's already been in all the previous growth...in that case it should be tossed....

Mosaic virus can spread to the new growth and cause weird deformities and mutations. Can really mess with flowering plants, but not always. Some plants seem to be more resistant than others. The only way I've heard to get rid of it is to keep the plants in 100+ temps for like 10 days, pretty unrealistic unless its a big mother or something. Make sure it doesn't spread through cross contamination, like using scissors on more than 1 cut before cleaning them, etc.
