just get a bunch of CLF lights, the ones that are a spiral tube and say they last like 5 years, if possable get the daylight kind, it will say daylight or 6500k. you could get 2 of each and grow those 2 plants nicly, if you get more theyll grow better and faster, if you get 4 26w daylight and 2 of the 42w regular 2700k ones it would be great for vegitative and flowering.

For 2 plants I suggest buying 6 26 watt cfls daylight 6500k from walmart. The total price is around 20 bucks. This is a picture of my grow with cfls for veg.

JUST BE SURE they say 6500k daylight

Also buy soil with no slow release nutes NO MIRACLE grow try to just use daylight 6500k for veg and soft white 2700k for flowering.

y use the extra electricity for when the 250 will do the job?
y suggest cfls over hid ? what because there cheaper?

its easier to buy a ready made light with ballast over cfls,there too much bullshit ,thats in my opinion of course
get some hps/mh and the buds will be pumpin

your right bro, but WHY 250??? 400 watt is around the same price. Also, alot of people on here are budget growers.

they may very well be around the same price,all im trying to say is a 250 wat uses less electricity than a 400,ull notice it in the long run, and ull get better quality bud even if ur not the biggest green thumb in the house,in comparison to cfl's

nothing against u dude i just hate cfl's

cfls are cheaper, but I do grow with a 400 hps/mh, but do to my current situation I am growing with cfls. Your right though cfls produce less smaller fruit. and hid produce more compact buds and an over all more grams.

Hey guys gunna do my first grow with cfls CFL Daylight Light Bulb: 26 Watt (100W Equiv), im only gunna do one plant for now in a closet would you say that 6 of these would be over kill for one plant i was thinking 4 since they dont build up too much heat and i will have an air intake and a hot air out so let me no wat you guys think about the lights thanks
