Light burn help asap

Two of my plants got light burn one yesterday the light was a little to close and today the lamp fell over and burned a leaf pretty good how could I help it or what do y'all think?

Raise the light higher and make sure it doesn't fall again.

Will it recover tho? Got one leave that's burn pretty good bud still pretty green and the one from yesterday I jst cut the leave off since it was already Brown and crumbling when I touched it and it looks like it's still recoveing and growing

It should recover, these plants are very tough

I tried uploading some but it's not uploading it when I click choose a file after I click on the picture and click post it just doesn't do it....another question what is way really makes it grow? Would it be the wattage or the luminens as it says on led lights for example a 4 watt or something says it is 60 watt replacement so would they work the same or would it have to be the actual wattage on the bulb it is currently 8 inches the talles t second tallest is 7 and next to it one a little over 5 this is my first grow

I'm guessing you are using cfl bulbs?

I'm using led right now just have a desk lamp in it for now till next week when I can actually buy light clamps and y splitters and better led bulbs and all that

you will need about 300W of true watt bulbs to grow marijuana.

If I got 300 actual watts around how much wit it yield? Since its my first grow only trying to get a couple of ozs out of it hopefully atleast 3 if I can do more then good but that's my goal atleast....and would it be better to use cfls then led? Currently using led as they produce less heads but I guess they have less actual watts

Nobody can tell you what you are gonna yield. Heres a guideline to guesstimate
first time growing less then .5 grams per watt
ok grower .5 grams per watt
good grower .75
Excellent grow 1 gran per watt
over 1 gram per watt and you are seriously dialed in
