Light Burn? Mold?

My friend went out of town this past weekend and came back to see this. There are orange spots on the leaves and one of the main fan leaves on his plant is looking like mold? I'm sure you guys will know what it is. How can he fix this? The orange spots have spread since yesterday, he took half his lights out just in case.

Thanks

-These are flowering (week 5)
-They are still budding fine, just starting to look bad.
-Lights range from 3-6 inches away
-Thermo. is reading 78*-85*
-Humidity~ 50% (I know its high)

Looks like a mix of a cal/mag defiency mixed with some leaves burnt by light. The problem with cfl;s is that they need to be re adjusted every day. I would reccomend an upgrade to HPS in the future.

What do you recommend to do? He\'s heard running salt through?

-- Fox farm Nut (just started half strength)
-- Were on a 5-10-20 (first four weeks)
-- FF Ocean forest soil
-- Ph is good.
-- CFL\'s are adjusted daily. Or every other day as needed to keep within 3-5 inches. These plants are LST though, so their generally moved every other day.

Flush with pure water?
4 gallons per gallon pot?
What should the ratio of lemon juice/water be?
Lastly, will store bought bottled lemon juice be fine?
Will neem oil help any? Its an antifungal/mold as well right? (other than bug killer)
Is this mold forming from high humidity?

Thanks guys sorry for the questions. He has never done this before. Also FF nutrients were introduced at 1/4 strength first (five days ago). He fed them again yesterday at half strength (2 tablespoons I think he said).

it defiantly has a cal/mag def, so you will need to obtain some nutes for that
the other strange things are not from CFL burn, not quite sure what they are from personally =/, could be mold as stated ^^

Could this be ozone damage? His are right next to an ac vent, do air conditioners produce ozone? Sorry if that is a stupid question, or is it definitely cal-mag deff?

They got flushed with 5 gallons of purified water, tested the run off water and the PH was still right near 7. It does not seem like its gotten worse since the flush, but it has not gotten better either. Not sure if they look better from the flushing or moving them away from the air vent (if it is ozone damage).

Help me out guys.
