I have read here that it is better for led a bit higher because of the lesser radiated heat.

I would wait before adding any extra nutes...in OF you don't need them for quite awhile... While I'm sure OF is good from seed to harvest for some, I've also seen a lot of people say it burns their seedlings. I don't know which is right, just what's been reported. Light Warrior is also great for seedlings, and from what I understand, it has almost no nutrients. If I'm right, the Happy Frog has just a touch more nutrients, and also has more good microbes for the roots with things like humus and mychros, making it good to mix into something like Light Warrior.
