i was gone for a day and i grow under cfl's
so seeing hwo u have to keep the plants close, one of the plants grew taller and 1 leave started to touch one of my CFL's, so that 1 leave is drooped low but the rest of the plant isn't drooping, i raised the lights, will the plant heal? or is it going to just go down hill from here? they are also only 13days old if that helps in any way

Believe me it is a non-issue. I had 105w actual wattage bulbs fall and lay on my plant. Scorched the shit out of it. It damaged new growth so I topped it and trimmed back burned foliage and it is doing fine. Only took a day maybe two to show progess. Check it out.

yes you dont need to do any thing and they will recover but will be using a lot of resources to try and fix those burnt sites so the phosphorus helps add to that so it use some for new growth
