light canopy

four plants in flood and drain 2x4. 1000 watt metal halide for veg & flower(just experimenting a little) and it two feet from plants and the only problem is the plants have created a canopy and therefore light is not getting through to the bottom. should they be trimmed. they are in there second week of flowering going on there third any advice is appreciated!

ya i would trim not to much but enuff so the light get to the bottom but dont do much cuz stress is a issue

should the fan leaves be trimmed all way down to the main stem and what leaves should be cut b/c no one wants to cause stress to these beautys. ibe kinda lost in this area of growin

fan lleaves r always easy and less stress to give ur babys like my display that my first grow on my 13th now and still going
