Light cycle interruption, need help fast

So I just woke up to discover that I blew a fuse last night in my grow room that shortened my light cycle down to about 1 hour. Usually my light is on from 9 pm - 9 am, but it looks as if the fuse went around 10 pm. So the plants only got about 1 hour of light, It is currently 11:30 am, and I am not sure what I should do. Should I leave the light off and wait for 9:00 pm to roll around again since I don't want to mess with the timing the plants are used to? Or should I immediately turn the lights on and give them 12 hours right now? I am currently 5 weeks into flowering.

Just leave the lights off until tonight and resume your normal schedule. they are gonna be fine!

Just think of it as a super cloudy day! Plants deal with nearly lightless days in nature all the time.


Much better than having them come on for 9 hours of your dark cycle!

Alright, I will just continue again at 9 like nothing happened. Thanks for the advice, it does make sense

Yeah, it shouldn't be a problem. Lights on is a MUCH bigger issue. You will fucker with the plants circadian rythem b/c you changed the lights rapidly on them but it actually takes a week or two for light changes to effect change so you will be fine.

I left for vacation right when I flipped last cycle. Came home to find that I bumped the switches on my timer. 1800 of the 3600 watts ran for 8 hours, went off for 3, then came on again for 5 while the others were off. I suffered hermies, some buds with seeds, and reduced yield.

I pulled 2lbs 9oz out of 12 plants under 1800 watts. So not spectacular or anything, but yeah I got meds.
