Light cycle

What is the best light cycle when stating seeds?

I run mine under a t5 light 24/0 for a week then 18/6 till flower time.

i run my clone/veg room @ 24/7 untill there ready to flower... sum ppl use 24/7 at the start n change to 18/6 after a week or so,,, sum keep it at 18/6 till ready to flower... its up to you what regime you go with but personally i believe faster growth is or can be achieved with 24/7 from the start till you flower...

24/0 is ok but not preferred. 18/6 is ideal it gives your plants time to rest. i suggest the 18/6 cycle from seed until time to switch to flowering

I like 18/6 for the same reasons as detroitchaos but it all works so long as you have less than 12 hours of darkness until you are ready to flower.
