Save yourself some money on the Bills and just use 18/6hrs. Even plants need time to Rest. Then when your ready to Flower stick it on 12/12.
Your doing all right so far as she is looking good ;-)

Yep what he said^^^^

Also I would not recommend using a clear container...Roots are not meant to get direct light and it will begin to cause issues as the roots fill the container. I would repot the baby ASAP into something that light cannot penetrate.

Other than that everything looks great!

i agree with rotwieler and would like to add that you should have that light a little closer and if thats a clear container in your pic you should change to a container that wont let light through. the roots will not grow out like they are suppose to if there is light on them

should i scrap the tinfoil and just keep the cream walls that are already in there ? or keep the foil?
Foil can create hotspots that could burn the leaves...its usually not an issue but it could happen. Foil really isn't very reflective either...at least not as much as you would expect. How white is the cream color?? it might be better than the foil if its white enough

If you can't paint the walls a flat white get some A4 White paper and put a double layer on the walls so you can't see the cream behind. It will work better than the silver foil. as for the clear cups wrap some electrical tape or gaffa tape around them so the roots cant see the light or paint them black or re-pot into a bigger pot if you can.
