Light Cycles

Hey all, this is my 2nd post in the community & love the forums site so far!!

wanted to know what light cycle i should do and for how long??

im going to start growing soon hopefully and wanted to know before i started

what should i do for the 3 different parts of the plants life (how many hours of sun and dark)

For autos they grow better on 18/6 what I've read. They say 24/7 grows faster. This is indoors.

Outdoor they need 8+ hours this guy gave 5-6 hours grew fine a day

Who says 24/7 grows faster? Plants need a dark cycle. 18-6 good for veg.
