Light depo questions in northern cal

This year i am going to have a 12x20x9 light depo. The plants will be started indoors and hardened off (at first) What is the planting schedule that would allow for maximum harvest (6 is what i hear) i also want to supplement light, should you do this at the begining and end with the light is the weakest or during the middle of the day? Are HID's the best light for this? Light being seen is not a huge concern, but considered. I also was considering digging down 2ft with a raised bed the size of the greenhouse and filling with dirt. Re amend after each harvest. Good idea??? Any reviews on grobot forceflower or other automated systems. Havent been able to find to much solid information, are there any books that pertain to light deprivation. Ant wait to talk about this one.

I read an article on this a while back. You should have started your first set flowering last month on the 20th with a 8 week strain your first harvest would have been february. plant again the 20th of jan harvest march and so on. On everything else sounds like trial and error. See what works for you and your environment. You will definitely need the light to supplement the Sun. keepem green dirrtyd

I love the shared raised bed idea! Go for it! All your plants will have all that root space to run...but keep in mind, that type of grow is a pain in ther butt to work on.

As far as the time for the light you would want to run a seven to seven schedule 12 on 12 off. Wow that grobot got a nice price tag hope you know what you are doing thats a nice investment for sure.Keepem green dirrtyd
