my 23w cfl fell on my sprout only about 1" tall,the stem has seemed to snap but holding,leaves are still green,any suggestions super critical haze

Pray, you could try to straiten it but if it is alive and this has been a few days it might make it. A pic would help.

It should be alright..

If you have some Superthrive laying around, I would give it a tiny bit..(1 drop per gallon)

Its good stuff for stress or repair... especially in soil.
