light installation...stuck bad

ok so i got my lighting,
and i got my ballast which has 4 lines comming out of it, 2 for the bulb and 2 for the power? now i don't know where the power line goes to...
im doing this at my place so any help would be REALLY GREATLY appreciated..

I dont understand...do you have a pic? did your ballast not come with a mogul or plug?

you got any pics? make and model? is it a ballast kit? HPS or MH?
usually the wires are labeled in small print on the side of them.

The ballast should have a diagram on it. Can you find it ? Black and white is usually the power but taking a guess could turn into bad news and ruin everything so it isn't a good idea. Look up the manufacturer of the ballast and they should have the info on their website.
