Light Issue or Nute Issue?

Newbie 3rd grow ever. Indoor Auto Skywalker Haze, FF Happy Frog Soil, Week 9. 2 plants I know it's too late for any big rescue mission but I'm asking for my next plants. I think I waited to long to start giving nutes because I know Happy Frog just gets you started Or could this be a Light issue or both or something completely different. I have been keeping pretty steady temps between 70 - 80 humidity has been around 35-45
