Light issues/leak

So, my room I would say is pretty light proof. Although I have been forced to leave flaps open to reduce excess humidity during my flowering period. Other than that I would say they don't receive much light leak except when I go to the bathroom. I am very OCD and paranoid and quickly turn on the light and close the door. This isn't enough time for stress right, it is a fluorescent bulb, just for general room lighting. Also does TV count, iphone flashlight/ screen light, etc?

When your plant is in the dark its building up hormones and stretching towards the light, when you have the light turn on the plants react to it, look up Gas Light Routine or Gas Light Cycle, it involves this technique but in veg not flower.

same here. along with my AC unit when I run it. Ive had a half of a plant hermie on me from that damn led display on my ac unit not even thinking that was enough to do anything.

I'm talking about a second or two of when I go to the bathroom. But my room is pretty dark still I can't see in front of my hand even when I slide the door open. The bathroom is about 6ft from where I think there's a potential leak.

Open flaps is certainly enough to cause problems. Im assuming its a tent? Don't you have intake/exhaust fans to replace the air instead?
Ive had light leaks caused by a zipper flap not being closed over the zipper.

Blue hue is the led, is that mold though? Or some fungi? Or am I tripping out, I cleaned my room decontaminated Lysol and dried the room. H202 3% spray dilute them outside got every part. Just paranoid but did I take correct precaution
