Light leak ...Don't think so

So I have some plants outside for like a week. In my zone I'm getting 12.75 hours of daylight per day. I have a streetlight which lights up the area where the plants are. I would think that the extra light @ nite would not let the plants flip. Well they started to flower anyway regardless of the streetlight. So I believe it is safe to say that if the light source is far away and not intense, if shined on a plant it won't change photoperiod. Now I don't believe that I'm so fortunate to experience this alone. Has this happened to anyone else?

Oh here are some pics. I know they don't look too bright but it is more brighter than the pic's show.IMG_1573.JPG IMG_1574.JPG IMG_1576.JPG

I put 10 of my best outside, @ first 3 then 4 then 3. I took the 7 biggest ones and brought them back in to veg more.

O.K. after looking up my towns solstice I see that on June 6 I'll have 13 hours 45 min sunlight. It will be summer but I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that 13h 45 min is not enough time to avoid blooming and continue vegging. So my question is how can I veg outside this summer. lol

Nah streetlight @NiTe giving light to grow area outside didn't effect veg and they started to bloom.
you should post this to all the threads....."will my streetlight; porch light; neighbors light, affect/delay flowering"..no. U live and learn right. don't stick your plants out so early without supplimental lighting.(although I understand u thought the streetlight would provide this)
A.) put them inside under a 15/9 or 16/8 schedule
B.) provide enough supplemental lighting to have 15/9, 16/8 schedule after sunset.
either way get them under a veg cycle asap, until u bring out, given light hrs are long enough

hmm..this is tough, as Im not familiar with your area, however Im neary certain, that as long as you aren't living on the farthest coldest corners of the earth. you can grow weed outside, veg and flower

In my zone I'm getting 12.75 hours of daylight per day.
And, you have learned what most of us know....

12.75 hours of sun [which the first and last hour/clouds etc make it a very short day], and induced flowering....
Now, in 5-6 weeks put out another bunch and have two harvests....

Problem solved IMG_1634.JPG
I leave the light on for like 4 1/2 hours after sunset, then move plants around the corner @ dawn or midnite.

Now I can veg these 2 in peace.IMG_1635.JPG IMG_1636.JPG

To me thats still a problem, youll have to move them every day for how long? So labour intensive.
Nice plants though.

For me I just keep on a side porch light in my backyard that keeps my plants in veg..I use a simple 6,000K cfl bulb works great and plants are still vegging like crazy!
I even put my mothers outside to get faster growth and to save on electricity
