well i dunno who got the best weed, but i know that Cali got the best weather 
thats the main reason. i grow weed wether its legal or ilegal. but its nicer to fire a blunt out in the sun with a red stripe than sittin puffin on a joint next to a polar bear

i've had my plants grow in a tent in my room a couple times and almost every night id leave the tent half way unzipped to get more fresh air and i'd have my tv on ALL night..plus i'd turn my light on in my room for a little bit if i had to..never got a seed and never had un-developed buds..here's my theory-most people grow a plant under 400-600-1000w hps or mh and unless those types of lights are leaking into your growroom during lights off then u shouldnt really worry..if the sun is your light leak cover that bitch up unless its just like a hour before OR after lights off, then its not really a big deal.

The top three things that have coused me the most frustration in 22 years of growing are as follows#1 mold/milldew #2 spider mites/gnats #3 hermies coused by lite stress /lite leaks.

Light leak is not a myth
indoor and outdoor grows are completely different when it come to the intensity of light they get
moonlight does not bother outdoor plants cuz it light source is not strong enough
indoor grows do not get the same light intensity from h.p.s / mh / ect
as outdoor grows get from the sun
because of the intensity of the sun during the day the plant is not effected by the comparatively weak light sources at night.

i heard that, except #3..never had an issue with light leaks..powdery mildew and gnats/root aphids are my biggest enemies.

I'm dealing with gnats/larve now and its driving me fucking gnuts!!I think I got them in new bags of Roots organics.( great !) not only do I have them, but I bought them.fuck!!!anyway I've grown near roads where headlites have coused hermies . i've also grown under pine trees and plants that get more shade flower earlier and % wise I've see more hermies in those plants as well , porch lites can couse hermies in backyard grows. the last hermie I had was over a year ago, and it was coused by a tep/rh sensor with a little red lite on it.

just water really heavy every time..maybe use alot of molasses or some type of soil conditioner..i was noticing larva in my water dishes and started watering heavier and using more molasses and a organic soil conditioner..after i watered i would clean out my dish and run hot water from my bath tub onto the roots sticking out of the holes at the bottom of the pot, it seemed to do the trick.

Minor light leak poses no harm...in nature there is the stars and the moon...I watch TV ten feet from my veggers in dark cycle and only had one grow nuts out of over 200...and that probably wasn't even from light leak
