Light leak with autos

My flower room isn’t light tight just quite yet, I’m only flowering autos and the rest is photo...My question is does it matter if I have a light leaks with the lights off considering they are auto flower?
 
I also think another good question is, is there an acceptable amount of light leak. I just built a cabinet but you can just barley see light coming through around the hinges and door opening. I mean minuscule. So I'll be watching here to learn as well.
 
I always wondered about light leaks, like how much light , the duration, etc. Say if you turn the lights on in your tent in dark period for 10 seconds do you really think that does anything.

Ive always thought about lightning storms if they would impact outdoors turning but id be interested to hear

Right because in the natural environment you have the moon ( people say it's not many lumens but I never researched it). Or how about sunrise and sunset.
