ducttape is your best friend :D

But if you need to worry about painted surfaces you can use painters tape to seal it off, you'll just have to replace it as it becomes less tacky :D

You could use tape, but if its bright, you will still get leaks... Use Painters caulk from Home Depot ($1.50 a tube).... Seal those edges and let it dry.... Ot that spray foam stuff (like $5 per bottle) that expands when you spray it on... I just use caulk....

duct tape wont work perfectly as it gets through that also unless u overlap it a few times, u need some white plastic that peeps use to line there grow area, eh another idea may be use tin foil i dont supose light will penatrate that, put it on the outside of the closet and then u could allways disguise the tin foil with a sheet or somethink !

if it is just a regular door on your closet, try using some of that foam/rubber weather stripping around the door and throw a towel across the bottom.

Go to Home Depot and get a sheet of 8 or 10 mil pond liner about a foot wider (on both sides) than the door, and get it as long as the floor to ceiling distance. Staple that above the door, and let it drape down flush against the wall.

is that the same as panda film or that back n white poly?

Actually, I used panda film to do the exact same thing. I recommended pond liner because you don't have to buy the whole roll. Where I got my Panda, they didn't sell it by the foot, and I had to buy a whole roll.

No, I got the Panda from a Hydro shop. HD and Lowes sell Black Pond liner. It's a bit high, but not as high as a whole roll of Panda. If they don't sell it by the foot, check some of the garden centers or nurseries.

Better that than the whole roll I had to buy. That's a reasonable price. I paid $175 for the roll.
