Oh wow, thanks for that. The only 3 reasons I pulled was because 50% of pistils turned brown, I started to see amber and I was looking for the opposite of couchlock effect (based on what I read is it has to be harvested on the early end).
I will follow your guide on this one.
Also, will the branch break from the weight? Should I tie it?
You can use a trellis on a PVC frame around your pots and train your canopy through it, you can also use this to train your plants sideways kinda "weaving" them through the trellis making your canopy even increasing yield

Amber trichomes can be spotted early for multiple reasons. They amber first on sugar leaves before they do on the calyx. Also they can amber from physical damage. I don't even bother checking them to harvest TBH.

The effect your weed has will be dependent on what strain not when you harvest.

Heavy buds can snap branches not strong enough to support them. If they start to flop or you fear they may break you can tie them up. String, plant yoyos, etc.
