Light movers

my set up is a 3X6 foot rectangular table. i was thinking of using a light mover with just 1 600 wt hps light positioned 10 inch close to the plants . or should i go with 2 600 wt hps lights stationary positioned 24 inches away from plants.im debating because i dont have good heat control is my reasoning to go with a light mover what would be the better set up. i was thinking 1 600 hps on the six foot rail is better and more effecent than 2 600 hps ?

he uses a light mover for 12 plants under a 3x8 room with one 600w. it also has a shit load of other helpful tips and tricks you might wanna checkout.

id go with the light mover

You get a more even growth and it mimics the sun.

Plus you can put it closer to plants and use half the watts.

emonie, my space is similar to yours, and heat Is a Bitch! I also run a 600w, and bought a light mover for all the reasons already mentioned.
I have yet to install it due to a timing issue, but plan to get it up in the next month or so, I'll report back then.
