I was wondering if it's possible to have to much light for a small box?

Not realy. Your main concern will be heat and your electric bill. If it's a small grow, having a ton of lights is like wearing pants with a belt and suspenders...not necessary.

More lights = more buds

Sweet I have 6 seedlings so far I have 5 27w 6000k lights and one 42w 6500k it gets about 85 when I have the lights on and 75 when there're off. So no heat problems.
