light sched off?

Hey I thought what I am doing was ok. But now I have secind thoughts. As I am a retail mgr I don't work the same sched everyday. My plants just sprouted so I'm obviously in the early veg stage. Due to my sched and me bein high and forgetting. My lights hav had a diff sched everyday. Sometimes its been 24/0 , 18/6, 20/4. Just depending on if I remembered to shut them off or not. I know during flowering the dark time is completly ness. However does it matter that my light sched isn't the same exact everyday? Will it hurt my plant to have a diff light sched everyday almost? Do I need to make sure they r on the same sched daily or for veg it really doesn't matter? Thx in advance

get a light timer its the only way.

Changing the light schedule a couple times in veg is ok, but a different one every day, to that degree, is not - you're stressing the plants. Better to just buy a light timer - you can get a decent digital timer for around $20.
