Light shining through grow closet door cracks

20200203_231121.jpgSo I have my setup going on in my closet and the light shines through the door cracks. I thought about putting black garbage bags over those spots to hide the light but I heard that helicopters can see through that with their infrared sensors or whatever. I could just be being over paranoid but I want to make sure I am taking every precaution in order to hide it well. I need a lightweight material that I can use to block out and hide the light.

This is what I was referring to. If they're doing it in the UK then they're definitely doing it in the US

lol unless youre running a couple thousand watts of HID youre fine man. Grows get busted way more often from people blabbing to their friends than helicopters. especially with legalization on the rise all over the states. I have similar light leaks and i solved em with some felt weatherstripping found at almost any hardware store.

Helicopters cant see anything but surface temperature, they cant scan your house.
If someone has a big heat sig from a window or has a grow in a loft they can see the higher surface temp(sometimes).

Just because they see a hot window doesn't mean someone is growing anyway.
I think they need a warrant in the US just to point a FLIR camera at your property , might be wrong.

Get a light proof curtain or some panda film / mylar to stop the light. Garbage bags isn't going to do much.
