Light shock transitioning from CFL to LED

I had my plant under 94w of cfl then yesterday I replaced the light with a 200w LED I built that is running 4 vero 18's at 50w each. I had the 200w LED running since yesterday and i have been watching it closely and noticed the plant seems to get droopy and the leaves are starting to dae slightly. There is no burn happening though as I have a weak fan blowing on the leaves right now to cool the leaves. I am wondering if the plant needs to adapt to the light slowly by putting some type of shade cloth on her? I took a picture right before the light was used and a picture after so you can see the difference. My plant is in a 2 gallon pot and the rH of my tent is 37% with the temps around 26c - 28c around 80F. The light is about 22in away from the canopy and thats the heighest I can raise it due to height restrictions. What are your guys recommendations and do you think she will bounce back if i just keep her under the LED?

She should be able to adjust to it but it might take her some time. Can you dim your driver?

I would actually advise in switchimg her to led once tou have just fed her because then she should have enough food to transition smoothly at least thats what works for me

Try an 18/6 light schedule. Make sure the fan isn't drying out the leaves. Just a little oscillating breeze. Also, if you can somehow raise your humidity, the plant will be happier.

I never used to use 18/6. But, I learned the hard way it helps when vegging with HID and COB.

Your plants look cold and wet, imo/ lower that light and blast them leaves,

Rh of 37% is a danger zone raise it to be about 50-65%

leave a temp gauge at leaf tops get get a feel of this new light

above all: potup now to avoid any possibly of newbie embarrassment ..lol

Give them sometime. They look wet but your light is not harming them. They may start growing with a vengeance by midweek.

I raised my humidity and put her on 18/6 thanks.

Dude. I'm having same issue w platinum p300 LED. after switching to straight LED. I noticed big time drooping next morning.. I measured the weight of a dry same size pot full of soil. The jus soil was 170g. The one w girl in it 173g.. Look over watered. But they're dry n not ready for a watering till tmrw...

Hi buckethead12989. Make sure not to overwater or give the plants too many nutrients. You should expect to use about 30% less nutrients compared to MH/HPS lamps. Make sure you have decent humidity levels 45-55%ish for veg state and from 45-65%ish during flowering. As hillbill mentions above give them a couple days and they should be growing with a vengeance in no time.

Vostok I see your here too buddy! Guys a life saver. I'm jus letting those babies leaves literally getting eaten away by acidic low pH. He told me to to get em out of those degrading peet pots! (Jiffy pots- every time u water. U soak the pot n degrade it further. No wonder I was still seeing dropping with bone dry periods (perfectly timed) in between waterings.. At the risk of up potting to early. I put em into fresh Roots Organic original.. 1 gal. Have 5 gal smart pots I wanted to finish in. Well see.. Yes I see I gotta introduce LED. Once it adjusts. I think it will SLAYY! Praying to see healthy, perky girls tmrw b4 work.. Again thanks vos! Good call. The other began spiraling on bottom. So it was time n e way. Jus glad it was a smooth transplant on both! I was nervous
