light spectrum?

right to most of you this will seem like a dull question. but you have re and blu spectrum in bulbs. which ones for veg and which one is for flowering. ive only ever used dual spectrum HPS, i now have a dual spectrum cfl and dont know which way to face it. so red is for......and blue is for...? thanks peeps

also cfl 2700k is red and 6400k is blue
