Light stress?

This is my second grow, first was HID 1000w MH and HPS for flower. First time with a good led light is growers choice roi e-720 which is around 30 inches set to 25% the really light green growth and weird leaves have me a bit worried I know fast new growth comes in like that but it’s in combination with the leaves doing whatever they’re doing. Also first time with organic, using Gaia Green 4-4-4 happy frog/ocean forest soil mix 75/25 10% perlite ~ 10% GG worm castings. Recharge and fishshit for microbe repopulation. Seeds planted 3-20, sprouted 3-23 Temps 75-78 F RH 66-70%. Thanks in advance!!!

Currently waiting on my first grow to cure up, chopped down the 22nd, they just hit the jars yesterday. Chemdawg, gg4, and gelato33 can’t wait.
