Light Track Help

hello all. new to this site. hopeing someone can help me with an issue im having. i have a track lighting system. that system only seems to want to run one direction. there is a trigger that is engaged when the motor reaches one end. when engaged it should stop for a few then return in the next direction. unfortunitly it doesnt. can anyone help? figured someone could have an answer. thanks

does the switch(trigger) have any wires to it? could the be open or reversed?
when light is not to trigger & you manually switch it, does motor reverse?

call the people you bought it from. or the manufacturer

Try turning the delay knob back and forth a few times to make sure the delay circuit is operating properly...
