Hi

How far from the lamp to the plant? I have 2 600w in the room 50 cm = 19.7 apart

To the plant its 2 meters 200 cm = 78.7 in Is that ok?

Can I lower it or raise it? :) Thx

If it matters the plants are 12 cm = 4.7 in +-1 if it matters

2 meters is way too far away....... about 18 inches you should be away . are you growing 2 plants? 1 x 600w is enough for around 4-6 plants depending how tall you want them

if you have an air cooled reflector you can get your lights to about 6in away from plant. a good rule is place your hand at the tops of your plants and lower your lights to where your hand feels comfortable if it doesnt hurt you after 1minute (burning your hand) then it wont burn your plants

I have my 400w HPS about 7 inches away from my plants with no problems. Although, your lights are more powerful. If you have fans blowing on the lights you can keep your lights closer then if you do not. If you place your hand just above your plants for about a minute and it burns your hands, it will probably burn your plants. Hope this helps.

I run my 600 HPS(open reflector) about 16" from the closest top, maybe a little less. That's with a 4' 'umbrella' reflector, so 16" might be a little close for a more 'directional' reflector. I'd say to go with 18" and see how that works out. :)
