Light!?

As far as lights when its no sun light outside i put it in my garage and its hot in there plus i got it under a light sometimes for the whole day is that ok? yes a newbie at growing

i kindA got the same issue i got my one plant under the sun as long as the sun is out then i move to a closet were i got it under a cfl light with a fan and tinfoil reflecters but ya dude if your plant is still small(vegging) then it shoulg get 18 hours of sun and six without use a cfl r two for when the sun goes down but you gotta get a fan no matter what for when its in the garage

and my plants doin pretty good too!
