lighting cycles

ok i have about 15 plants i just started and i wasent 100 percent sure on thelighting cycles ritte now they are all about 1 to 2 inches i just started .they all have sprowted so if any one knows if i should keep the ligth at 18/12 or 12/12 cause im not sure and any other tips u may have on making it stronger or any tips that may be helpful

And as for the lights i would say keep it 18/6
