Lighting efficient?

Wondering if my lighting is effiecient? My grow room is 2'x4'. I currently have 2 40w t12 fluorescents. Along with 2 80w cfls. Just wondering if that lighting will be efficent or do i need more.

You can grow something with that, but it won't be much. You'd be better off getting yourself a 150W HPS.....not expensive at all and not a huge heat generator.....

Efficient or sufficient? That might be good for seedlings but larger plants will need more light. HIDs are more efficient than CFL's and the like anyways, they produce more lumen per watt. Get an HID as advised, I would just start with a 250 though and you could always get a dimmable ballast that runs both MH and HPS bulbs.
