Lighting for last week

I have no idea what I am doing. My fiance was killed few months ago and they were his plants. They have about 1 more week til harvest. They are on 12/12 lighting. The buds are super dense. Do I change the lighting? And when do I start darkness? I'm just trying to make him proud and finish this for him.

You shouldn't need to change a thing
And condolences on your loss
Welcome to RIU

sorry for your loss. on their last day of light - just let the lights go out - let them sit for 3 days or so - then process them. You want to cut them during the dark period. keep some air flowing on them. I don't let them sit in a dark period BUT I do wait till they have been in the dark for 12 hours after lights went out to process. Once lights come on - the plant will be utilizing its photosynthesis processes again. Have read its best to cut when dark - thats about all I know of it. Others who practice this method will chime in I'm sure.

light dark cool warm sunny cloudy doesnt make a diff.

sorry for your loss. if i went id hope my lady would finish up my run and enjoy the bounty i left her. save a leaf or two in between some papers of a book let it dry and you can frame it as a memory.
that would make an excellent memory!

Thank you all. It's extremely good strain. Purple Hindu Kush. Best in town. And saving and framing a leaf, great idea. I've been lost and just trying not to let him down. Pretty sure I'm over stressing myself about it. I'm about to harvest 11 clones he did. I finished the mother plant and it turned out amazing. Just needed few other opinions. So thank you all again.

I'm one of those guys that switches to 400 hps the last week. I don't like to over heat my nice fat buds. The plants think it is late fall and the sun is getting weaker lol.
