Lighting height help in need right now for day 7!

Ok my plants are under 400 watt hps bulb with visqueen plastic all over the walls. The light is about 14 inches away.

heres some pics try to see the picture please tell me if the light is to the little girls, and also keep in mind my bulb is being cooled by the vent fan and the ducting and stuff!

14 inches sounds good.

They look to be doing fine just keep it cool in there and move the light as they grow and they will grow quickly hopefully!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

my temps are usally around 78 but today it was like 88 due to the weather but hopefully it will go back. thanks guys!
