lighting help with my mh and hps

ok this is goin to be hard here we go.i have a 400 watt metal halide in one room and a 400 watt hps light in da other room,the room only can fit one light each and its a 4x4 room each .so i was wonder i know we can use both lights in grwing all the way through. i have 20 clones10 in each room if i switch dem in a out each room will dat be okay say like dis. the first 10 i have under the metal halide and the other 10 under the hps.can i change the one under the metal halide and put it under the hps and can i take the one under the hps and put it under the metal halide,given ill do it every 9 hr's r sp is this ok?

You can but htey will grow slowly cause your changing the light spectrum all the time, probably the best thing to do is change them out every couple of days so that they are not in constant shock.

depending on what size pots they are in like if there in 1 gallons I would run 10 to each light and just throw then on 12/12 when they hit a foot tall. if you have them in 3 gallons I would put 3 or 4 to a light and wait tell they get about 2 and a half feet tall then run them 12/12. also I would veg all of them under the m/h

dat sounds ok better then taking the other one'sunder they hps light outside i guess wen they are small i can put them undea one light and wen they get bigger then switch um up...ok rite on thank you alot
