are you aware that you can buy a real 400 watt hps system that is plug & play for 100$ & will crush cfl growing,
my choice would be none from that link, your going to be running cfl lighting which is off the shelf home depot lighting & the slowest possible lighting choice you could make, instead of waiting on shipping if i was going to use cfl i'd pick up a bunch of clamp work lights that come with the polished aluminum hoods allready on the light for 5 bucks each at home depot, then i'd install a y splitter in each socket so each hood would have 2 bulbs in each reflector & skip all the mail order cfl gear.

go with the clamp lights with reflectors like he said, ull get more out of the cfls that way b/c no light escapes from the top, my grow journal has pics of them. i have the 10 1/2 in ones which were like 8 bucks but they have 8.5in for like 6.

btw those sockets ur lookin at look like they could be a fire hazard

Check out this one :

http://www.surplussales.com/Electrical/LampSockets/LampSockets-3.html

(LMP) 557UV-719D
660w / 250v Plastic socket with AC Plug. High temperature composite material. 8" wires with 2 blade plug. Side mounting bracket with #10 threadable. Great for temporary lighting. Made by Triboro / Challenger. CSA / UL Listed.
If I were you I would go to your local thrift store and start tearing apart lamps or whatever. I never paid for what you are looking for. Build them. The ones he suggested have holes for mounting which means no clamps. Also, You could run them in a line , have less AC plugs. WIring is cheap... .
