What are the cheapest ways to light three plants in a ten gallon fisht tank? Where can i find these lights and around how much will they cost. I'm looking into a 600w HPS bulb. Is that good enough? And please post anything about lights like lumens? T'5s T'6?? and everything u need to know about lights. I want to be able to browse through lights and cofedently choose the best for my setup.
 
If you are going to be using a 10 gallon fish tank, then your choices are going to be very limited.

I am sure you are looking for a fluorescent hood to cover the tank.

600 HPS will just not work.

I think you should seriously rethink your setup
 
ok, any suggestions? im going to get seperat pots and put them into the tank so the tank can catch the drainage. what light do u suggest before the veg. state.
 
Ok to be honest forget the fish tank Idea

Use a closet or some space that is enclosed

Depending on how many plants you want to use this is what I recommend

400 Metal Halide for Veg
400 HPS for slowering

But you need space
