Lighting overkill???

I HAVE A 7X7X7 GROW ROOM. AND NEED TO ADD THE LIGHTS NOW.. I WAS GOING TO GO WITH 2 600-WATT SYSTEMS THE MANGUM XXL REFLECTORS TO SPREAD THE LIGHT FAR AND BECAUSE THE REFLECTORS ARE SO BIG THEY WILL MAKE SURE LIGHT GOES EVERYWHERE IN THE GROW ROOM BUT NOW HAVE DECIDED FOR THE SAME PRICE I CAN BUY 3 600-WATT SYSTEMS WITH AVERAGE REFLECTORS ABOUT 12IN SMALLER THAN THE MAGNUM BUT AN EXTRA ONE SO IT WILL COVER THE AREA AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER. BUT BECAUSE 3 600 WATT SYSTEMS WILL DRAW MORE ELECTRICITY THAN 2 600 WATT SYSTEMS, SO MORE LUMENS AND LIGHT FOR THE PLANTS BUT I AM ASKING MYSELF IS 3 EVEN NEEDED OR WORTH IT WHEN IT CAN BE DONE WITH 2??

so pretty much im asking 3 systems will give me better results than 2 systems? cuz if it gives the plants more light and will give me better yeilds ill do it but if ill get the same reuslts as 6 systems then ill just go with the 2 and save the money on my elecricity bill.

For the size I would go 2x 1000w systems. I think the footprint will be perfect for you at that room size, however a 7' ceiling will bring challenges that are manageable but will need to be addressed.

if i go with the 1000 watt i will have to keep them higher which is why i decided to go with the 2 6oo watts to keep it closer to the plant.. would you think 3 600watt systems are better than 2 1000watt since 2 600 watt wouldnt be enough?

I'd go with 2 1000s, but I would have them in air cooled reflectors.
